What kind of ink is PIEZO Ink?
A piezoelectric and piezoresistive ink that senses pressure, impact, and deformation as an electrical signal, together with a conductive ink that forms circuits by screen printing. Combined with thermoforming and injection molding, it enables In-Mold Electronics that embed circuitry directly into plastic parts.
- Which substrates can it print on?
- The silver conductive ink prints on PVC, PET, TPU, polycarbonate, acrylate, and polyurethane, and holds its performance stably before and after thermoforming.
- Is a low-temperature curing option available?
- The copper conductive ink cures at low temperature and is bendable, so it can also be used in In-Mold Electronics processes.
- Can the formulation be adjusted?
- Formulation and material properties can be tuned to the application and required specification. Share the substrate, printing method, curing conditions, and target resistance and we will review it.
